Clinical Director Position Overview
The BCBA Clinical Director is a leadership position overseeing the operations and clinical practice for in-home and community services within the greater Charlottesville region. The Clinical Director reports directly to the Regional Director. Clinical Directors are still required to maintain a small client caseload and have a minimum billing requirement of 20 billable hours per week.

The Behavior Doc is a behavior analyst owned and managed agency with doctorate level analysts on staff. BCBA Supervisor Responsibilities
Provide intensive, data-driven treatment to clients with autism and developmental disabilities within the home, school, and community settings.
Provide ongoing training and feedback to our RBT level staff, as well as caregivers.
Conduct adaptive behavior assessments, functional assessments, and skill assessments to be included in our client’s individual treatment plans with guidance from our skilled doctorate-level staff.
Evaluate program effectiveness, make modifications as needed, and establish positive relationships with providers, caregivers, and outside stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong skills in data analysis, leadership, and communication.
Job Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree + approved BCBA course sequence
Licensure/Certification:
VA Licensure and BACB credential as a board certified behavior analyst is required
Experience:
1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working in an OBM role
