Project Engineer — Project Manager
is required to possess, understand, and apply electrical engineering concepts, principles, practices, and procedures associated with power systems. The incumbent will be expected to:Train and assist customers with the creation, design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning, and operation of electric power automation and protection systems;Create and finalize customer approved functional design specifications;Assist in the identification, preparation, and presentation of successful proposals for SEL equipment, services, and systems;Mentor, direct, control, and exercise discretion over the activities of one

and one
Project Engineer
under his or her direction, including holding the authority to recommend hiring, firing, and other personnel actions;Support company marketing, sales, and other application engineering or development activities and coordinate engineering support as necessary;Continuously identify, measure, follow, and improve company engineering processes.TRAVEL:These full-time positions will be based out of SEL-ES’s field office in Houston, Texas. However, because the company has numerous customers nationwide, some travel is required, as the incumbent will occasionally and on a short-term basis be deployed to various customer sites. Candidates must therefore be willing to travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States on an ongoing basis.To Apply:
