This fully remote role calls for someone with a solid software development background, great problem-solving skills, and a knack for critical thinking. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing and optimizing our backend systems to ensure top-notch performance for our users.Responsibilities:Develop new features and improve backend services.Test, deploy, and debug APIs for reliability and scalability.Write clear, robust code following best practices.Collaborate on technical designs, code reviews, and documentation.Contribute to infrastructure across mobile, desktop, and server-side applications.Requirements:BS or MS in a STEM field or equivalent experience.4+ years of software development experience with a focus on quality code.Proficiency in building scalable systems.Experience troubleshooting live software systems and knowledge of CI/CD practices.Strong communication skills in English.Technologies Used: Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis Clusters, Go, Python, Kubernetes, AWS (EKS, Amplify, Elasticache).
