The Product Marketing Lead will work closely with the Growth, Customer Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to craft messaging and positioning, drive product adoption, develop GTM launch strategy and timelines, and identify product education and sales enablement opportunities.️Responsibilities:Messaging and positioning: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to build compelling and cohesive messaging for new and existing products. Build customer personas and targeted messaging based on the unique needs, requirements, and terminology of each vertical.Product launch, adoption, and GTM strategy: Drive the launch, adoption, and utilization of new and existing product features, including upsells and cross-sells. Develop and support the execution of go-to-market strategies, targeting specific buyer personas, verticals, and new markets to drive growth.Collateral development: Build external collateral that reflects our unique value proposition and highlights customer wins and product differentiation, such as case studies, claims, product pages, videos, and demos. Build internal training and collateral that supports our sales, marketing, and support teams in communicating the value of our platform.Customer product education: Partner with the Customer Marketing team to own the product education strategy for our customers, developing training materials and resources that enhance the customer’s understanding and utilization of our product.Data measurement and analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze product performance, adoption, and customer engagement data. Identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations that inform the product and marketing roadmap.Customer advocacy: Be the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer insights and needs are at the forefront of all product and marketing initiatives.What we want you to bring:6+ years of product marketing experienceComfort in operating in ambiguity. You know how to develop an idea, get buy-in, and manage teams to make it happen.A customer-first mindset. You know your audience inside and out and leverage data to deepen your understanding.Proven track record of exceeding performance targets. You’re comfortable delivering results in a complex environment with limited resources.Strong analytical skills. You’ve worked with large data sets and are skilled in extracting business insights from analysis.Strong written communication skills.
