Deploy customer infrastructure using terraform and ansible playbooksManage GitLab repositories and create merge requests for changesDeploy containerized services and perform basic network troubleshootingContribute to technical documentation and standard operating proceduresOperate with a security-first mindset and use monitoring infrastructure to review and troubleshoot customer issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience2-5 years of experience managing SaaS platforms/datacenter operationsExperience with automated product deployment and infrastructure buildoutsKnowledge of modern monitoring tools and configuration management toolsEffective time management, communication, and decision-making skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud service providersExperience with bash, python, HCL, or ansible scripting languagesUnderstanding of CI/CD, pipelines, and non-local authentication systemsKnowledge of networking, Linux systems, and JiraDetail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work and complete tasks efficiently
