And the people who answer it are fulfilled.The Sr. Digital Solutions Business Analyst provides guidance to their pillar or departments around enhancements and implementation of Digital Solutions products. They possess the business understanding needed to identify - define Pillar/Departmental direction, requirements, and gaps. They are a key member of the Digital Solutions team and align with cross functional teams such as other Pilar and Departmental teams to provide input on implementation of technical projects. They work closely with product owners, software developers, administrators, solution architects, and testers. Accountable for prioritizing release items and coordinating Pillar and Departmental Product releases.This role requires a broad understanding of ACS business processes, products, platforms, integrations, and architecture to provide feedback on business process/software solutioning and implementation. They are also responsible for supporting system development needed within enterprise-wide pillar and departmental business processes that create high quality experiences for staff and customers, while driving revenue, and mission delivery. They require limited direction from their manager and can make decisions independently. They support specific Pillar and Departmental products of the Digital Solutions Roadmap project execution through requirements gathering, user stories, documentation, system demos, business process workflows as assigned.This role ensures that ACS enterprise project updates are shared with business owners of his/her projects. This role will support new Digital Solutions products and system implementations and enhancements that impact Pillar and Department stakeholders from the initial discovery phase to post-launch. Support of implementations and enhancements requires a high level of project and communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, decision making and a willingness to learn.The Sr. Digital Solutions Business Analyst will directly support the VP or Director, Digital Solutions of their Pillar or Department in the training documentation updates needed for ACS users within new implementations and enhancements.Major Responsibilities

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Digital Solutions product vendors and partners and provides feedback of partner performance.Provides business oversight for defining and designing the operational platforms and tools that will help drive the scalability, resiliency, and reliability of organization wide platforms.Serves as a subject matter expert for technology related issues, analyzing and troubleshooting issues with technical leads and QA testers to ensure smooth defect resolution.Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders including other Digital Solutions support teams, Digital Marketing, and Region/Enterprise departments.Leads prioritization of Pillar product backlog and release planning. Ensure Pillar Product backlog item Acceptance Criteria is clearly defined. Provides oversight of each release to ensure work is moving forward and identify risks and gaps.Collaborates with ACS Pillar and Department stakeholders from across the enterprise to plan and deliver new platforms and systems that support their business and/or deliver technical enhancements to existing platforms, in partnership with IT, to align with strategic business goals.Support Digital Solutions Roadmap updates and changes to ensure it is kept up to date and accurate. Document functional and technical specifications for internal Pillar stakeholders. Establish, maintain and document scalable Pillar/Department business processes and workflows to guarantee best practices in campaign, customer and data management.Track requirements gathering for new or enhanced platforms; reaching out to Pillar/Department stakeholders and/or external consulting firms as needed to complete all requirements.Ability to capture project scope, User Stories, build process flows and data flows based on requirement provided by business stakeholders. Recap meetings with Pillar/Department stakeholders including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.Identify and recommend best practices of business processes for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Acts as a resource for Business Analyst.Assist in documenting epics and stories to inform future development work and enhancements.Manage development ticket updates and tagging; ensuring items are up to date and accurate.Identify technical issues and / or roadblocks; following through to ensure they are resolved or recommending solutions / next steps.Ensure staff are trained and well-versed in new systems and/or new functionalities.Formal Knowledge

Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 5 years as a business analyst Certified as a business analyst or working towards certificationRequires experience in IT, including infrastructure, business applications, data and security.Requires knowledge in Cloud technologies and project management principals.Proficient in Azure Dev OpsSkills

Experience managing relationships with contractors, vendors, or agencies.Strong attention to detail, as well as follow-up and follow-through on assigned projects.Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across the organization.Strong desire to learn about technology platforms and systems -- both those currently in place and potential new solutions for ACS.Ability to understand system interdependencies, making recommendations with a focus on ACS's full enterprise portfolio in mind.Ability to manage multiple ad hoc and long-term projects simultaneously.Specialized Training or Knowledge

Experience working with CRM databases; understanding of the impact data structure has on business process and sales enablement.Ability to work cross functionally, give clear direction, and foster strong relationships at all levels within the organization.Experience working with and indirectly managing contractors, vendors, or agencies. Understanding of Marketing Software, Marketing products and Marketing business processes.Understanding of patient support tools, hoteling and transportation software tools and processes.Understanding of human resources and finance software tools and processes.Special Mental or Physical Demands

Ability to work well under pressure. May be assigned to work after hours, holidays and/or weekends. Travel may be required.The starting rate is $78000 to $98000 annual. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended.
