Foster a culture of collaboration and communication across all departments, ensuring seamless integration of processes and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Operational Leadership:

Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to all operational functions, including production, project management, logistics, and customer service.Financial Performance:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring the company's fiscal health and profitability.Talent Development:

Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Sales & Marketing:
