This is a 100% onsite role - candidates must be local to Melville, NY in order to be considered.Randstad is hiring internally for a Staffing Manager (in office) to join our winning Melville, NY Manufacturing & Logistics Team! This is a full time – internal position with our company. This is a full desk position with sales and recruiting requirements. Candidates need to have experience and success in either B2B sales, retail sales, account management, hospitality sales or other client facing sales experience of at least 1-3 years. Our Staffing Managers are responsible to sell our services by identifying prospects and developing client relationships. Our B2B sales focus includes making outbound cold calls, texts, emails, using social media and having on-site client meetings. Sourcing/interviewing and making the right Talent match is vital to the success of this role!
