Role Description:

The Senior Product Manager at MagicSchool will define, implement, execute, and track product roadmap initiatives aligned to company goals and KPIs. This role is also responsible for ensuring that what gets built is both valuable and viable. The head of product is responsible for building out our processes for planning, investigating, and product discovery (user testing, analysis, data).

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:Executing Planned Roadmap at a high velocityBuilding the product functionHire and develop a team of high performersEstablish process and playbooks appropriate for our context and stageContribute to business strategy - pick the right KPIIncreasing 4-week Product Retention by 10% via:User interviewsExperimentation and A/B testingCreative problem solvingQualifications/Competencies/Skills:

You bring:Communication - tell compelling stories, be succinct for business leaders and clear for ICs, bridge stakeholders and engineeringDecision making - able to prioritize/make decisions grounded in data, not stuck in analysis paralysis – confident, gathers and evaluates data well. Know when to say no & when to elevate product prioritiesComfort with data - both quantitative and qualitative, ask good questions, understand customer journeys and needsExperience:
