Workspace Product aims to create a conducive environment for employee to work and enjoy by becoming the connective tissue between products - unifying the previously fragmented experience in hybrid work of the globally distributed workforce. Our team works on meeting employees' work environment needs including mobility, space, personalization, reduced noise, collaboration space, and reduced friction to promote productivity and satisfaction. As part of the employee-facing Workplace Services product line, our team work closely with our partners in other Global Technology, Global Real Estate, and Workplace Technology Solutions to define the complete workspace user experience for our employee, and then develop solution and strategies to improve the employee experience.

As a Workspace Product Delivery Manager within Chief Administrative Office, you will work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Manage the Workspace Product Roadmap & Workplan which include initiatives across At Desk Experience, Private Office Experience, Conferencing Experience, Mobile/Flex Work Experience, Seat Reservations, Site Support Experience, Product Foundation (Change Management, Listening, Design Guidelines Websites)
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Establishes and maintains deep relationships with partners across Global Real Estate, Global Technology, Workplace Technology Solutions, and other impacted teams across JPMorgan Chase
  • Develops a deep understanding of employee user journeys across all workplace product interactions and assigned user segments, and then leads teams across the firm to develop solutions via a coordinated roadmap and backlog.
  • In-directly manages and influences cross-functional teams throughout the workspace product process to ensure workplace standards updates are executed properly and meet user needs.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Deep knowledge of workspace product standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to senior management
  • Practical experience in managing agile, cross-functional teams, often through influence

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology, and other key stakeholders
