Who you are:

We're looking for individuals who have Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud or similar platforms and are passionate about customer data. The ideal candidate has a desire for continuous professional growth, skilled declarative, and back-end development who can develop complex, end-to-end Data Cloud integrations from data ingestion, segment creation, and activation; all while working alongside both our clients and other delivery disciplines.

What You'll Do:
• Responsible for developing technical solutions comprising data ingestion, transformation and modeling, identity resolution setup, calculated insight configuration, segment creation, segment activation, and support procedures
• Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking, helping align with best practices integrate to customer success.
• Provide day-to-day communications with project team and client via preferred communication channel (Email, JIRA, GSuite, Microsoft Notes etc.)
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve the data discrepancies
• Experience with estimating client work, uncovering the dependencies.
• Experience with Salesforce Core Platform along with understanding of operational platforms, Cloud (ex: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and data platforms (ex: Snowflake, Data Cloud), robust database modeling and data governance is a plus.

What You'll Bring:
• Familiarity with Salesforce's technical architecture: Standard and Custom Objects, APEX, LWC, Visualforce, AMPScript, JavaScript
• 2-4+ years hands-on experience working with Salesforce data cloud/CDP experience
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, SOQL, SOSL, ETL, APIs, SDKs, JSON, XML, Salesforce connectors and reporting and BI analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data capabilities, limitations, data quality, data mapping, data migration, and data visualization
• Good understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing (Salesforce marketing cloud) and complementary Salesforce products that organizations may use to run their business.
• Actively participate in a collaborative analytics team. Support fellow team members in knowledge building, sharing, quality assurance testing, and documentation.
• Experience in delivering projects using Agile-based methodologies
• Ideal Candidate relishes the challenge of building complex data integration and automation programs and a passion for learning and executing the latest technologies
