The successful candidate will be responsible for growing a new franchise in immunology and will work closely with an executive strategy team. Key responsibilities for this role include working independently and proactively, leading both in execution and in client and brand relationships, and assisting in the development of marketing plans. The role demands a charismatic individual with professional polish, excellent speaking and writing skills, and the ability to present well to client groups. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a healthcare agency setting, with a focus on FDA approved pharmaceutical products, and a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field is preferred. Diverse experience across HCP and consumer (patients), particularly in the realm of immunology, is highly desirable, as is a strong digital knowledge and experience. The Group Account Director will be part of a team that values an entrepreneurial spirit, where self-starters are encouraged, and brave thinking is both promoted and expected. The company is looking for an individual with an excellent can-do attitude, who is able to multi-task a wide variety of brand initiatives, including digital projects, and is willing to travel as part of the role.
