*We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager that can be based in any of our Florida locations: Jacksonville, Ft Lauderdale, Lakeland or Orlando*CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest roofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees across the US. Since 1968 we have provided a full complement of new and replacement roof systems including single-ply EPDM rubber, single-ply thermoplastics, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, metal roofing, spray polyurethane foam and roof maintenance coatings.This position reports directly to the Southern Group Vice President of Sales. This role is responsible for developing, managing & guiding the sales activities for the Southern Sales Team.Year-end, total compensation is $100k - $160k!Job Summary:Manage Project Managers, Service Sales Representatives & Tech Reps to ensure job duties/responsibilities are met, goals are on target & employees are performing effectively/efficientlyReview all activity of Sales Representatives (Project Managers & SSR’s) to ensure that they are on track as far as processing and exceeding leads, opportunities and follow up of deals/projectsWork with Representatives to develop territory marketing plans & monitor execution of these plans to ensure the Representatives are developing their territoryStrategize with Sales Representatives on pending projects to help secure the contractDevelop Training plans & calendars for new Sales Representatives; Drive business development to grow market shareSupport Southern Group by attending/leading sales calls and providing up to date information to the Region and answering/asking questions to produce resultsAct as a source of information for Operations and SalesSchedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to ManagementVisit all managed offices on a regular basis & accompany Sales Representatives on sales appointments (i.e. proposal deliveries, follow up meetings, inspections, introductory meetings, prospecting cold calls). Travel 25% of the time to visit Florida officesPlan & participate in regional business planning meetings and annual sales meeting

Candidate Qualifications:3+ years’ experience in previous Outside Sales/Territory Sales Team ManagementSuccessful candidate must show solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales successSolid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accounts are needed for success in this positionCommercial/Industrial sales experience RequiredCommercial roofing experience is preferredCollege Degree preferred25% overnight travel within Florida is Required
