The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Software Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic Payments team. In this role, your primary focus will be understanding business rules and product requirements in order to configure software solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with a variety of resources, including Project Managers, Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts, and Sales team members in order to achieve key deliverables and project milestones. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring our clients receive a high-quality software solution. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm MDT (or other time zone as mutually agreed.)

Requirements

What you will doLearn, configure, and install software systems and all necessary components.Create product and project documentation, as neededCollaborate with internal team members, and clients as needed, following the sale of our solutions to collect information required to deliver software solutions that align with agreed contract provisions.Contribute to the development of project plan milestones for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely configuration of their solution.Communicate with aligned Catalis Project Manager(s) throughout the solution implementation process to share ideas, collaborate, and obtain feedback and approval on solutions implemented.Contribute value through high quality solution implementation to create referenceable clients coming out of the implementation process.What you will need to succeed

Bachelor's degree or equivalent0-2 years of relevant work experienceStrong technical aptitude & analytical skills and enjoy troubleshooting intermediate to complex technical issues.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applicationsThe ability to multitask effectively.Strong documentation skills.Effective communication skills, both written and oral.Comfortable gathering information from business users.The ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a broader team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and customer service skills.Detail-oriented.Additional skills that are preferred, but not required

SQL Server experience and knowledge a plus.Basic understanding of Windows development techniques and Microsoft development tools/ environments.Experience with Microsoft VisioExperience with business analysis for system implementations, configuration, and application development.Experience in state/county court system.Experience with court case management systems.Experience with Jira.Experience with Smartsheet.Familiarity with coding principles.
