Join our client, a leading national chain of neighborhood retail stores that boasts unique quality products and the best customer service in the industry as an IT Financial Analyst, a key role supporting the company’s dynamic IT and Supply Chain operations.
Location: Monrovia, CA (Onsite 4 days per week)This job expects to pay about $130,000 - $135,000 base + an industry-leading benefits package.
What You Will Do:Elicit and translate business requirements into documentation for technical resources.Manage and execute integration projects to ensure data consistency across systems.Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to implement new software and hardware solutions.Address and resolve major production issues in the supply chain environment.Analyze data and generate reports to support business decisions.Improve efficiency in supply chain processes through innovative solutions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
What Gets You The Job:Intermediate to senior-level experience as a Technical Business Analyst.Strong background in retail supply chain, logistics, inventory, or fulfillment.Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) on any platform.Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.Experience with IT and Application Life Cycle management.Proven track record of enhancing supply chain efficiency through technical solutions.
