The team is responsible for shielding the company’s systems from security risks while designing technology strategies that enable AIG’s businesses to achieve their goals.How you will create an impactAs a Senior Product Strategist, you will be a key leader in our organization, working very closely with the Head of Product to define and drive the strategic direction of our product portfolio. You will support the creation of a compelling North Star vision for our products, develop a comprehensive 3-5 year roadmap, and clearly articulate the business value associated with their deployment. Your expertise in technology, business transformation, and strategy, combined with your knowledge of financial services, insurance, and AI, will be critical in achieving our goals.Key Responsibilities:Product Vision and Strategy:

Support the development of a clear and inspiring North Star vision for our product offerings. Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategy with overall business objectives.Roadmap Development:

Create and maintain a detailed 3-5 year product roadmap outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure the roadmap is flexible and adaptable to market changes and emerging technologies.Business Value Articulation:

Define and communicate the business value and ROI associated with product deployments. Develop business cases and support financial modeling to justify product investments.Cross-functional Leadership:

Lead cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product development and launch. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Market and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Leverage insights to inform product strategy and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Influence others to champion product vision and strategy through direct interaction with key business sponsors and organizational leaders.What you’ll need to succeed:Experience:

5+ years of experience in technology, product management, business transformation/development, and strategy. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies in the financial services or insurance industry.Knowledge and Skills:

In-depth knowledge of financial services, insurance, and AI technologies. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. Working knowledge of agile development methodologies.Education:
