Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage social media accounts and create compelling content—design and tailor content to TekSynaps target audience.
Content Creation:
Design, create, curate, and manage digital content across various platforms. Maintain content that is interactive, accessible, and adheres to brand standards.
SEO Optimization:
Execute SEO tactics to boost organic search placement and increase site visits to the TekSynap website. Perform keyword analysis and refine content for better search engine visibility.
Website Content Optimization:
Manage and enhance the TekSynap website. Ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance. Experience using WordPress is desired.
Keyword Management:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords. Integrate keywords into content and monitor their performance.
Paid Search & Google Ads:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
Proficient in WordPress, SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Hootsuite).
3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or communications.
Must submit CV, cover letter, and portfolio.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor.
In-depth familiarity with Google Analytics, setup, and reporting aspects.
