Summary of Job Functions
Position is based in Salt Lake City Region.
Provide training support to assigned accounts throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Become an expert on all Advanced BD vascular access products to the point of bedside education for clinicians.
Become highly adept at calling on and working with non-acute facilities.
Monitor customer accounts receivable activity on behalf of territory manager(s).
Assist territory managers in preparation of proposals, presentations, correspondence, reports, contracts, and other documents needed to support sales activities.
Coordinate and facilitate special projects/events as directed by management.
Maintain and update current knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
Compile data and prepare reports summarizing performance results for internal use or external distribution.
Perform related duties as requested.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience
Minimum of one year of relevant experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in a medical device field preferred.
Skills & Abilities
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and ability to interact effectively with others at all levels within organization.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and general office procedures.
Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM system preferred.
Travel Requirements
Estimated travel time: 70%.
