Job Description

We currently have several openings for the newly created position of Strategic Account Manager to expand our market reach in the U.S. and abroad.This position will be responsible for securing new accounts by attending professional conferences, representing our company's history and capabilities, developing business relationships, contributing to the RFI and RFP processes.Working with our large staff of recruiters for successful delivery of our staffing services.Working in our fast-paced and structured environment remotely from anywhere in the U.S., dealing directly with client managers or their managed service provider (MSP) representatives.Supplying contract labor and permanent hire placement services to its prestigious client roster of Fortune 1000 corporations.Qualifications3+ years of business-to-business sales experienceStrong cold calling skillsSales experience within a vertical market (technology, finance, healthcare, engineering, life sciences, etc.)Sales, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-orientated environmentDemonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team environmentExcellent time management and self-motivation capabilitiesAvailability to travel to industry conferences and client meetings as needed (10-15%)Effective oral and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, CRMExperience using virtual meeting tools.4-year college degree preferredCompensation and BenefitsBase salary plus uncapped commission planComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, & vision healthcare plans, short- & long-term disability, and life insurance (with AD&D)401(k) planPaid vacation, personal time, and paid holidays
