Job Summary
The Territory Manager, Physician Offices & Ambulatory Surgery Centers is responsible for development and execution of the sales plan for assigned territory. This position will be expected to effectively utilize Masimo resources and position Masimo products to meet sales and customer satisfaction objectives to new and existing customers in ASC's, Physician Offices/Clinics, Urgent Care, and Clinics.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesRepresents Masimo products and solutions in ASC's and Physician's Offices/Clinics to achieve assigned sales quota.Generates and manages a weekly sales pipeline in Salesforce.com (CRM).Works with Regional Sales Manager, Clinical Support staff, VP of Sales, and Masimo local area team members to insure growth.Completes assignments, reports and all administration tasks in a timely and professional manner.Provides post-sale product and solution training to ASC's & Physician Offices/Clinics.Train, support, and provide appropriate attention for contracted distribution representatives.Collaborate with Masimo's extended sales teams (Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), acute care sales team members, managers, national accounts, etc.) to maximize sales.Interface with product managers to stay up to date with products and new releases.Performs special projects as requested.Owns the customer relationship throughout the sales cycle.Minimum Qualifications & Traits
One to two years of B2B sales with a track record of meeting quota. sales experience. Preference given to med-device sales experience.Experience in capital equipment sales and sales process related to technology equipment;Ambition, desire and drive to further develop career;Successful and demonstrated presentation skills.Relationship building skills.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.Travel up to 75% of the time, with overnight stays. Trade-shows may require weekend work.Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
Education
Bachelor degree is required.
Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works outside of a traditional office environment, making frequent customer sales calls on a daily basis. Must be able to travel extensively (both domestically and locally), so the ability to travel by air and operate a motor vehicle is required. Must have a valid Driver's license with a driving record that meets company's insurance requirements. It also requires frequent driving, sitting, standing and walking. May stand for extended periods when facilitating customer meetings or walking in the facilities. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.
