Salary:FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Your Responsibilities:Embark on a dynamic career as a Customer Solutions Specialist, where you'll be the cornerstone of our sales team, expertly managing the full spectrum of the order-to-cash cycle. Your role is pivotal in fostering seamless operations through:Efficiently handling incoming calls from our customers and internal teams.Investigating and resolving any customer issues with agility and care.Serving as a crucial intermediary among purchasing, manufacturing, and sales departments.Establishing and updating customer accounts with precision.Informing customers and the sales team of any pricing adjustments.Cultivating robust relationships with the regional sales team.Expertly processing orders, returns, and credit requests.Qualifications we are looking for:We're on the hunt for a proactive individual with:A BS/BA degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.At least two years of customer service expertise in an industrial or manufacturing setting.Experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data management.Exceptional communication abilities paired with a strong problem-solving mindset.An eye for detail and the capacity to juggle various tasks.A resilient "can do" approach, ready to tackle challenges independently.A fervent dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.Decisiveness and a sense of ownership in customer interactions.A track record of performing well under tight deadlines.Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for SAP, though familiarity with AS400, JD Edwards, or Great Plains is also valuable.Experience in export procedures is a plus.These are your benefits:FUCHS offers a challenging and rewarding working environment where employees are encouraged to develop and grow as professionals.
