This role is a Jira expert, responsible for optimizing how teams use Jira for issue tracking and resolution. You'll define and maintain best practices, coach teams on proper workflows, and identify new ways to leverage Jira across the organization. You'll also lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient operations and high standards. You'll be the go-to person for all things Jira for SW integration, acting as a liaison between development, TPM, and Jira Admin teams, while providing support to vehicle teams.
