Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Supervisor, Media Strategy.Where you’ll be working:

Knoxville or Atlanta. Relocation assistance may be provided.As a Supervisor, Media Strategy you’ll be responsible for developing a cross-channel media strategy across digital and traditional channels and leading a team through the implementation, reporting and optimization of campaigns designed to exceed client expectations. In addition to being an expert media strategist, the Integrated Media Supervisor is a strong leader, capable of effectively leading a team of digital media planners and buyers and coordinating plans with the Traditional media, Integrated Social, Integrated Search and Analytics departments.

What you'll be doing:

Assist the Associate Media Director in setting overall strategic direction for digital and traditional media campaigns and determining which performance metrics will be used to track campaign successLead a digital planning/buying team to support campaign development and executionIntegrate digital and traditional media campaign recommendations in a seamless way that marries the various disciplines into one cohesive strategy that meets client goalsCoordinate with members of the Integrated Search and Integrated Social teams and include their tactics in the overall media mix, as neededBuild and update media flowcharts and manage buy authorizationsOversee the implementation and activation of client-approved media campaignsWork hand-in-hand with our Analytics team to ensure proper tracking of campaignsResponsible for pre and post launch quality assurance and campaign optimizationDeliver reporting that uncovers actionable insights into campaign performanceProvide thought leadership by staying abreast of media research and industry trendsRemain dedicated to the personal growth and training/mentoring of your teamWhat you bring:

7+ years of hands-on experience with planning and buying of digital and traditional media with a working knowledge of paid search, paid social and programmatic2+ years of team management and cross-department collaborationProficiency with DCM is required and experience with PRISMA and NetSuite is a plusSolid understanding of digital tracking concepts and trafficking process is requiredCreativity in developing strategic media plans and critical thinking to provide rationaleCapable of seeing the “big picture” – not just by campaign but also by clientAccountable for meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic (self-starter) that thrives in an entrepreneurial environmentExcellent communication skills (both written and oral)
