Opportunity to work as a Salesforce BA working on a scrum team responsible for documenting requirements, user stories, process documentation and meeting follow ups. This position is hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote. This position IS NOT remote. This person must have Salesforce BA experience.Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and AnalysisConduct requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-usersAnalyze business processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvementDocument detailed functional and non-functional requirementsPrioritize requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.Salesforce Configuration and CustomizationConfigure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflowsDevelop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboardsImplement and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systemsEnsure adherence to Salesforce governance and security standards.Experience Level:
