Wingspan Care Group is seeking an experienced development professional to join a dynamic team in a mission-driven environment. The Development Director will provide support for all activities of the Wingspan Development Division and its agencies while serving as the primary development officer for Wingspan’s partner agency, Applewood Centers.Responsibilities Include:The planning and implementation of development activities to support and enhance charitable giving and engender a culture of philanthropy among constituents that support the mission of the Agencies.Management and growth of the following donor development activities:Annual and personal solicitation campaignsSpecial eventsMajor gifts programStewardship and estate planning programTravel as necessarySome weekend and evening availability as necessaryQualifications:Minimum Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 5 years experience in fundraising or institutional advancementExperience working with volunteers preferredWhy Work for Us:
