This role will utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results for our clients, behavioral changes; designing change strategy, assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training, and behavioral change solutions, and measuring effectiveness to enhance organization, group, and individual performance.The Work:Strategy & Operating Model:

Develop smart manufacturing strategies, value architectures, manufacturing and operating model designs, manufacturing network strategies, and design-to-margin approaches for manufacturing processes.Manufacturing Operational Excellence:

Lead business process reengineering efforts, drive Lean Six Sigma transformations, implement Manufacturing & Operations Excellence frameworks, optimize asset reliability and performance management, enhance process reliability, deploy TPM & TQM methodologies, and drive manpower productivity improvements.Manufacturing Operations Digitization:

Streamline production planning and scheduling, enhance quality management systems, optimize production operations, ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, improve inventory and material handling processes, automate workflows, create insightful reports and dashboards, deploy advanced automation solutions, and utilize process design & simulation techniques.Smart Manufacturing Transformation:

Spearhead platform-driven transformations, establish digital thread frameworks, leverage predictive and prescriptive analytics, implement AI-driven digital twins for assets, processes, quality, and plants, and drive autonomous automation initiatives.Sustainability:

Champion sustainability initiatives such as Net Zero energy management, reduction of GHG emissions, optimization of water and wastewater management processes, and building trust through transparent and sustainable practices.Here’s what you need to Strategize, Execute and Manage Program Delivery:Minimum of 10 years of experience in management or as part of a consulting practice focused on manufacturing and operations excellence, smart manufacturing transformation, manufacturing operations digitization.Minimum of 5 years of experience in one of the following industries: Industrial or Aerospace, Automotive, Life Sciences, Natural Resources.Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum 6 years’ work experience).Bonus points if you have functional experience in:Master Data GovernanceIntegrated Supply Chain Planning and operations (o9 Solution)Connected Products Platform including connected worker technologiesAI-led Autonomous OperationsOperational twins, Process Design & SimulationAdvanced Process Analytics & Control Tower ImplementationInternal Plant and Warehouse Automation using VLMs, telemetry, AMRS & AGVs, robotics, vision systemsData and analytics driven use cases within manufacturing from descriptive to prescriptive analytics
