Be a leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and worship experience standards.Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, creating, planning, and executing production for all campus-specific events, including outreach events, volunteer meetings/rallies, baptisms, youth events, etc.Oversee all Production volunteers, training, structures, and systems.Recruit, train, and empower production volunteers to execute all weekend worship experiences and campus events.Create and build creative elements and sermon illustrations as necessary.Maintain the campus’s technical equipment and work with the central Tech Department for repairs and upgrades.Assist in the production execution of all non-weekend special events as needed.Develop and implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the area you oversee.MUST-HAVES

Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)2+ years of technical experience or equivalent life experiencePassion for excellence in the production quality of a worship experienceAbility to make sound, critical decisions under pressureA team player with excellent communication skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilityStrong knowledge of AVL systems and experience in live production (camera operation, switching, theatrical lighting, and audio)NICE-TO-HAVES

We’re a

Sunday-Thursday work environment .

Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced.

We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend -

adaptability is a key
