As a Demand Generation Specialist within our Business Development team, you will be instrumental in advancing our sales pipeline by identifying high-quality leads and executing strategic outbound campaigns.Your duties will involve generating leads that align with our target customers, designing engaging outbound campaigns, managing outbound communication channels, and providing detailed reports on our outreach efforts with demonstrated results.You will also be called upon to assist the operations and product teams with inbound activities, overseeing blog content, and crafting sales/website copy as required.We are looking for a detail-oriented person with a sharp mind that is proactive, learns quickly and who is excited about contributing to growth within a well-established company in a fast-paced industry.Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive demand generation campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and events.Identify target audiences and create tailored messaging to effectively reach and engage them.Generate high-quality leads through various marketing initiatives.Implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel and convert them into long-term customers.Plan, execute and optimize outbound campaigns to meet lead generation and conversion goals.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.Collaborate with the production and operations team to develop engaging and relevant content that supports demand generation efforts.Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the overall marketing strategy and tone of the business.Work closely with the sales team to align efforts with sales objectives and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.Coordinate with key team members to understand service offerings and benefits, and incorporate them into campaigns.Utilize automation tools and CRM systems to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.Provide regular updates and insights to the marketing and sales executive teams.Manage content calendars.Create content for product updates, websites, and sales materials.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Marketing, BDR, SDR, or a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.Strong understanding of sales/marketing automation tools and best practices (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Social Media, SEO, Web, etc.).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Enthusiastic and passionate about the Gaming industry!Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time staff position is: $50,000 - $70,000 USD per year in addition to an annual incentive bonus plan which is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and pursuant to the New York City Salary Transparency/California Pay Transparency Laws.Technicolor Games offers competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k/RRSP matches, PTO, as well as unique learning and growth opportunities.
