Senior Technical Targeting Analyst

The Senior Technical Target Analyst (TTA) will have experience in technical intelligence targeting and collection methodologies (e.g. signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence, etc.), including collection management, data processing solutions, data science, and technical analysis, as well as target technologies and exposure to digital network analysis. Other Senior TTA responsibilities include the ability to use a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues (e.g. target analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods) and proficiency in describing collection requirements and targeting information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership.The Senior TTA must have a solid understanding of technical collections and experience creating targeting packages. Our ideal candidate will be able to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.QualificationsRequired:Active TS/SCI with PolygraphTYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of technical targeting and analysis tradecraftSIGINT targeting and analysis, including in-depth knowledge of networksTarget-package building experienceDemonstrated ability to recognize and develop innovative solutions and help people connect with resources to optimize the performance of technical targeting analystsDemonstrated ability to capture requirements and needs to facilitate effective resolutionMaintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysisMust be a self-starter who excels working in teams and individually in high-pressure situationsWell-versed in working with tools, data sets, and methodologiesDesired:TDNA/DNI/DNR experience.Demonstrated report-writing skillsFamiliarity with customer databases and communication methodsFormal technical targeting or USG targeting certificationExperience in tool developmentSAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
