Trenton, NJ (Hybrid)We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:Responsibilities
Design and document UI/UX specifications for web applications.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather qualitative feedback.Create user stories, personas, and storyboards to inform design decisions.Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.Develop prototypes and wireframes to visualize design concepts.Interpret requirements to create effective UI designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions.Train staff on UX/UI design principles and tools.Qualifications
Proven work experience in UI/UX design patterns.Proficient in HTML and CSS; solid understanding of front-end code.Experience creating user stories, personas, and storyboards.Ability to create information architecture and sitemaps.Experience in developing prototypes and wireframes.Strong knowledge of usability testing methodologies.Familiarity with user-centered design best practices.Proficient in Adobe products including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.Knowledge of web development including HTML5 and CSS3.Understanding of the Pega platform and state court systems is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical study.If you meet these qualifications, please submit your application via the link provided in LinkedIn.Kindly do not call the general line to submit your application.
