You will join a team creating differentiated digital products that drive business outcomes.The Senior Product Manager of Acquisition is responsible for digital products driving many forms of acquisition. Marketers use display, online video, audio, and Connected TV advertising to acquire new customers, conquest from competitors, re-acquire lapsed customers, get more credit card applications, drive mobile app downloads, and additional loyalty sign-ups.This role will inherit $150m+/year in revenue and exponential growth as Epsilon supports Publicis accounts and more verticals. There is high visibility to leadership and all organizational teams. As a result, communication of the products & vision will be important as you frequently meet with the C-suite of Epsilon, Publicis, and clients.You will be sales-facing, focused on competitive differentiation, sales enablement, packaging, go-to-market strategies, and identifying new products/enhancements. The products are nearing a mature stage but have many areas of growth through new verticals, new go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement. ‘Build work’ will be done by supporting the engineering team.Responsibilities will include:This role has a lot of interaction with sales and clients. You will be responsible for leadership on marketplace insights, understanding unique client challenges, and clearly communicating solutions.Conduct frequent competitor analysis to identify areas of differentiation. Familiarity with Google DV360, the Trade Desk, and/or Yahoo is a plus.Train both sales and internal teams on the competitive landscape, differentiators, and product positioning.Own an 18-month feature roadmap with data-driven rationale on priority.Embrace the unexpected. Opportunities arise every week and need to be quickly assessed for support.Travel – less than 10%.Ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:Entrepreneurial spirit. Motivated to always find a better way to do things. Startup experience and/or launching new products will be valued.3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Support, consulting, and/or software development.Strong presentation and customer-facing social skills (written and verbal).Experience with building online advertising or marketing technology solutions. Acquisition using marketer’s first-party data (site visit and/or offline data) is a plus but not mandatory.Experience evolving and enhancing mature products.Experience owning product marketing including positioning, competitive analysis, and sales support on go-to-market strategies.Technical/data-centric discipline or equivalent preferred, MBA preferred.Additional Information
