Campaign Account Manager

is responsible for supporting the Strategic Sales team on new and existing partnerships through successful management and execution of programmatic campaigns. This person will support in the post-sale phase of the programmatic sales cycle. Please note - We have a

hybrid

work model with the expectation of

3 days minimum in the local office

to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:Manage a portfolio of clients, assisting in troubleshooting and providing performance updates on multi-channel programmatic campaigns (CTV, Online Video, Display)Assume accountability to ensure that all programmatic campaigns are built, launched and delivered on time, and perform up to expectationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot campaign performance and create innovative solutions that meet the changing needs of our clientsAdvise clients set up questions relating to Nexxen deal idsBe a Nexxen SSP product expert and information source, developing a deep understanding of our core product and technical offeringsCoordinate and support audience activation through Nexxen's Data Management PlatformWhat will I bring?Bachelor’s degree1+ years of client-facing operational experience media ad agency, well-known DSP, SSP, or media publisherStrong verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documentsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to navigate a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlinesDetail oriented and organized with the ability to juggle competing demands and effectively prioritize tasksIntermediate knowledge in Excel and PPT, and ability to work with large data sets to create strategic and actionable insight from itTeam player who easily adapts to changeAt Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution. We would rather see your application than risk missing out on your potential to make an impact.In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Chicago is $70,000 - $85,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
