If interested in joining our growing team, please contact us.As a Director of Rehab at Enhance Rehabilitation, you will be part of a growing team providing the highest quality care for patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful operations of your assigned location(s), ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered efficiently while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients.Primary Job Responsibilities:
Manage a team of therapists and assistants (including Enhance staff and contract labor).Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers.Ensure adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.Oversee clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, and care planning.Responsible for hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor.Provide excellent customer service to the location team, develop and implement programs appropriate for the patient population.Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families.
