Responsibilities LNHA:
The nursing home administrator is responsible for supervising the clinical and administrative affairs of the nursing home.
Oversee staff and personnel in ensuring they are doing their responsible tasks.
Monitors and maintains all financial aspects.
Conducts and directs with the DON the medical department.
Ensures all medical supplies are up to date and FDA-safe regulated.
Any other tasks as necessary for the nursing home facility.
Qualifications LNHA:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous LNHA in LTC/SNF.
LNHA certified in OH.
A leader.
Serious applicants.
Interest in the geriatric population.
