Monad Labs is growing quickly while maintaining an exceptional bar for talent. We are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to help us accomplish this. As the second member of our talent team, you will join the Recruiting Lead in hiring engineers and various other roles as needed.This role will require you to work hybrid in-person at our office in NoMad, NYC, three days per week.What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end recruiting for various searches (e.g. technical, research, ecosystem, G&A)Create and execute sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent across a variety of rolesNo job is too big or too small. You will support hiring needs from writing job descriptions, putting together interview plans, scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, coaching new interviewers for the first time, and much more.Develop exceptional remote and on-site candidate experiences with organized workflows, prompt decision making, and relationship buildingTrack goals, metrics, and performance data of the hiring cycle while regularly communicating updates to hiring stakeholders and the leadership team.Who You Are
You have a minimum of 4 years of technical recruiting experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup preferredYou have a track record hiring senior level engineersYou are highly organized and prompt in managing candidate funnelsYou have excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skillsYou have excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationshipsYou have the ability to find the hard-to-find; you are tireless in sourcing and pursuing the best leadsYou have an interest in the crypto spaceWhy work with us
