Franklin Street, Suite 1200, Chicago, IL 60606Duties:Act as a liaison and translation layer between business and technical teams and operate at the system and detailed technical level for analysis purposes.Work on new project requirements from initial requirements through full development life cycle and implementation.Work closely with Data Domain Owners and SMEs to identify CDEs (Critical Data Elements) and define data elements for the Business Glossary.Collaborate with Data Domain Owners to identify and define appropriate business rules.Collaborate with the Metadata specialist to identify data sources.Collaborate with data modelers to review definitions of business terms vs. technical terms.Utilize data profiling and data quality tools to expose and determine causes of data quality issues when defining business rules.Implement data governance controls, procedures, and standards.Develop and deliver presentations for department and senior leadership.Lead Data Domain and Data Steward Workgroup meetings.Participate in metadata management and Data Quality Development utilizing Collibra Data Governance Catalog and Informatica Data Quality/SQL Developer.Develop and manage warranty data on Oracle SQL developer for the data reporting needs of the division.Automate the weekly business reporting using Excel, VBA for key stakeholders in customer, product, and finance teams within the division.Create and maintain Tableau dashboards for business reporting.Up to 40% telecommuting permitted. *This position qualifies for The Options Clearing Corporation’s Employee Referral Program.*Education & Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering or related and five (5) years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, quality engineer or related.Special Skills Required:Participate in metadata management and Data Quality development utilizing Collibra Data Governance Catalog and Informatica Data Quality/SQL Developer.Automate the weekly business reporting using Excel, VBA for key stakeholders in customer, product, and finance teams within the division.Develop and manage warranty data on Oracle SQL developer for the data reporting needs of the division.Create and maintain Tableau dashboards for business reporting.Salary:$147,472 - $156,100Apply:Apply online at www.theocc.com.
