Patients want access to better healthcare tools and experiences and healthcare systems are stretched beyond capacity and adapting to the new normal after the pandemic. We work with 9 of the top 10 Private Practice and hospital systems nationwide, and 6 of the top 10 home health organizations. We have a nearly 100% client retention rate and are continuing that work in 2024 and beyond.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions within the Medbridge platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement new features.Ensure the code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.Continuously improve software engineering practices, processes, and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality.Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Requirements:5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on SaaS applications and web services.2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing web applications.Experience and strong proficiency with MySQL or other relational database.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Experience in writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability.A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent industry experience.Our Culture:Passion.
