No sponsorship is available for this position.Ramboll is seeking motivated and experienced candidates to join our Engineering practice as a Senior Civil Engineer or a Project Manager.

We invite you to bring your Civil Engineering and Project Management background into play as you lead a variety of projects.To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or other relevant discipline and have approximately 10 years of relevant experience.As our new Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager, you will be part of Ramboll’s ambitious, diverse, creative, and collaborative Site Solutions team. You will join our Engineering Resources Team in the Design & Engineering practice within the Environment & Health Market.A Ramboll Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager has the ability to apply advanced/well-developed skills and knowledge of a specialized job area, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. They are fully proficient in applying established standards in the discipline and work independently and may instruct or coach other professionals. Senior Civil Engineers/Project Managers work with limited supervision and manage projects/processes, contributing to department-level results.Your key tasks and responsibilities for this role will be:Successfully managing the execution of Civil design projects from inception to completion, providing expertise in site development, infrastructure, stormwater management, land development, and construction-phase support.Lead the development of detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and engineering reports for civil and environmental projects.Conduct site evaluations, grading, drainage, and utility design to meet project goals and local regulations.Lead design, modeling, and evaluation of stormwater management systems to mitigate flooding and environmental impacts.Implement sustainable and cost-effective solutions, such as green infrastructure and low-impact development practices.Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.Allocate resources efficiently and manage project teams to achieve project objectives.Lead business development and project management activities including scope and budget development, proposal writing, budget/milestone tracking, client presentation, and regulatory interaction.Assist in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities within service lines, spearheads, sectors, key accounts and/or growth initiatives.Regularly interact with existing and prospective clients, and establish collaborative project teams of Engineers, Geologists, Scientists, and Subject Matter Experts.Provide technical quality reviews of work products developed by others and coordinate the work of other engineering disciplines into the final design deliverables.Coach and mentor project team members to develop their professional and project management skills, in collaboration with Division/People Managers.Act as a leader in implementing and promoting health and safety requirements and guidance.Coordinate safe performance of work and appropriate safety training of the team, and create an environment to enhance safety culture.From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $94,000 - $123,000.
