Job Summary:

The Lead Digital Product Manager drives and aligns digital product vision, strategy, and development. This role champions key digital product management initiatives that move the needle for the digital product management team and the company, and requires experience with enterprise architecture, big data technologies, product management skill set, and a roll-up-your-sleeves, entrepreneurial approach.

Essential Functions:Align digital product strategy to CareSource prioritized market opportunitiesTranslate digital product business strategies into roadmaps and manage execution of initiatives to support the overall strategyEnsure product success from ideation to launch and beyondDirect involvement in all stages of the product life cycle to foster a deep understanding of market opportunities and customer needs within the industryDeliver customer-centric experience showing proven success in ownership, bias for action, and thinking bigEffectively prioritize initiatives, existing versus new customer segments and between features, architectural improvements, and operational excellenceBuild strong business cases, managing high-growth, successful product launches, and driving customer successDefine and communicate the vision, business goals, and strategies to effectively align teamsDetermine metrics to measure progress and to advance team performance and product successDevelop the product roadmap, working with technical stakeholders to come up with the feature distribution sequenceEffectively communicate requirements, epics, and stories to ensure schedules are followed with considerations for new short-term requirements and their effects on long-term plansConstantly coordinate with business stakeholders to drive growth in the company's market shareCreate and develop products that not only address unmet customer needs and incorporate market trends, but products users will also loveIdentify and anticipate new and emerging opportunities by staying updated with trends, industry standards, and evolving market and customer needsMonitor product backlog, optimize existing processes, define new processes, and encourage best practicesLead teams through design, development, testing, and distribution of major products and featuresGuide and collaborate with teams through changes and iterations to be made to already distributed productsProactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks including implementing mitigation strategies and communicating/escalating to key stakeholdersLeverage Human Centered Design and Design Thinking principles to facilitate putting our members and providers at the center of our workTrack individual product performance by offering, market segment, etc., and recommend modifications/enhancements as neededExecute the activities required to support the development of short and long-term strategic product design plans for Product, Market, Sales, and overall growth and profitability objectivesAssist in the tasks to support the established budgets, timelines (milestones) and task schedulesAssist in development of reports as required by external governing bodies and internal stakeholdersPerform any other job duties as requestedEducation and Experience:

Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Communication Finance, or health care field, or other related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is requiredMinimum of ten (10) years of progressive product management, development, and/or market strategy experience is requiredExperience in digital strategy, digital design customer facing solutions (web, mobile) and digital/IT development processes is requiredHealthcare insurance industry experience is highly preferredFamiliarity of the healthcare/managed care field and knowledge of government program products is preferredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:

General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeAbility to travel as required by the needs of the businessCompensation Range:$108,600.00 - $190,000.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
