We make businesses CRISP on the phone. We are looking for a high energy, high performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our quarterly and annual sales quotas, customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The regional sales director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting quarterly and annual sales targets, building customer relationships and leading and developing a team of Account Executives (AE"s).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Account Executives to own and meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer basePartner with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesLead and develop the Account Executive team by providing clear direction, feedback, coaching and recruiting key talent.Drive execution of the Call Box Sales PlaybookEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations tailored to large and key prospects' needs and prioritiesApply industry, business, and technical knowledge to achieve team objectivesUnderstand category-specific landscapes and trendsReporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accountsRequirements

An ideal candidate:

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targetsAbility to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levelExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAbility to plan and execute strong strategiesGood leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales teamAbility to manage and delegate the sales teamHigh level of understanding of the marketAbility to recognize and recruit sales representatives who will be successfulWhat's in it for you:
