This role will utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results for our clients, behavioral changes; designing change strategy, assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training, and behavioral change solutions, and measuring effectiveness to enhance organization, group, and individual performance.The Work:Contribute to project teams in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones.Drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching.Develop project delivery strategy to deliver complex business cases such as OEE improvement, Supply Chain Network Optimization, Digital Manufacturing.Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders and project team members.Work with leadership in identifying other areas of opportunities and account expansion.Educate and coach project team members, sponsors, and functional leaders on change management principles, tools, and their roles in effective change.Ability to travel to client site 75%-Monday – Thursday.The work could include any of the following processes:Accenture’s point of view amongst clients and other key stakeholders.Business process reengineering.Lean six sigma transformation.Manufacturing & Ops Excellence.Asset reliability & performance management.Process reliability.TPM & TQM.Manpower productivity improvement.Production planning and scheduling.Quality management.Production operations.Inventory & Material handling.Workflow automation.Reporting & Dashboarding.Advance Automation.Process Design & Simulation.Here’s What You Need:Minimum of 3 years experience as part of a team focused on maintenance, reliability, plant operations and operational excellence in manufacturing in the industries of Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Automotive or Industrial.Minimum of 3 years exposure to manufacturing processes - traditional or digital in factory/production environment.Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering discipline such as electrical, mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering.Bonus Points If:Background in Maintenance Management, MRO Inventory Management and/or Reliability Engineering.Experience with Six Sigma methods and experience in applying Lean Manufacturing methods.Working knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules, Oracle eAM, and IBM Maximo; Experience with Meridium, EAM SI and RBMI.Understanding of related ERP modules (ex: SAP PP, PI, QM, etc.).Understanding of Plant Control Systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, etc.).Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, MSRS, etc.).
