You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the frontend code for all our Shopify Stores, their respective blogs, landing pages, and other customer-facing digital content, ensuring they deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.This person must have a keen eye and attention to detail, caring for every pixel displayed on every device that customers use to interact with our brands. You must be thoughtful and diligent in your work, ensuring the best customer experience, even as far as challenging inconsistencies you might find in a design file, making sure the job is done correctly.Wholesome Goods, Inc. is a web-based company located right in the heart of Tampa Bay, where we maintain multiple internet-based businesses. Implement UI elements and functionalities using modern frameworks like React or Vue.js when necessary.Work closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure cohesive store functionality.Integrate and customize Shopify themes and apps to achieve desired functionality.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Shopify ecosystem.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize their CRO based split test concepts, measure, tweak and implement successful actions across other storefronts.Contribute to the optimization and performance of our theme’s core framework for speed and user experience.Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues efficiently.Qualifications

Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Liquid, with a focus on clean and maintainable code.Experience with Shopify Theme OS 2.0 and its templating system.Experience working with GIT and GitHub for version control in a team environment.Familiarity with Liquid for templating and data manipulation.Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of user experience (UX).Bonus Points

Experience with Shopify Apps and API development.Experience with Shopify's Polaris UI, Tailwinds CSS, Dawn Theme, etc.Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce.
