Evergreen School is seeking a Lead Montessori Toddler Teacher to begin in the 2024-2025 school year. The Lead Toddler Teacher is responsible for leading a classroom for children ages 2 through 3½-years and providing quality, nurturing care to these students. This teacher must demonstrate skills to address the developmental needs of toddlers and provide activities that support the child academically, emotionally, and physically in a prepared Montessori environment. The Lead Teacher is responsible for presenting the Montessori curriculum to students, participating in parent education, leading parent conferences, maintaining record-keeping, writing progress reports, and staying active with professional development.
Qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor’s degree and an appropriate Montessori teaching credential from AMS, AMI, or MACTE-approved center.

Ability to organize and coordinate activities
