We are seeking a talented and motivated hospitality professional to serve as the

Director of Food and Beverage

at a stunning hotel property in the beautiful community of

Grafton County, New Hampshire . In this pivotal role, you will provide executive leadership and daily management of the hotel's Food & Beverage operations. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure exceptional service and optimal profitability through the direct oversight and guidance of your dedicated team. This property welcomes guests with beautiful hotel rooms, dining amenities, and catering and event options.

This position has a tremendous amount of growth opportunities and would likely move into an Assistant General Manager or Director of Operations position very quickly!

Compensation:

$110,000-$120,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Health Benefits, 401k and more! Relocation assistance will be provided.

Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all food & beverage outlets and eventsOversee guest services and resolve issuesTrain and manage rooms and food & beverage personnelCreate and adjust staff schedules to meet operations, restaurant and banquet needsAdhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:3-5 years minimum experience in hotel F&B leadershipStrong financial skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and communication skillsStrong attention to detail
