The ideal candidate will have substantial experience defending employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases, as well as ERISA litigation. This role requires occasional in-office presence for meetings, depositions, and court appearances. The successful candidate will possess an excellent academic record, strong experience in defending employment actions, and exceptional communication skills.
