Join our world-class, innovative team today.Position Specific DescriptionThis position works with the Early Stage Project Manager to define and influence the project requirements and scope with the NextEra Energy Transmission Development Group. Projects can begin as FERC 1000 competitive transmission project proposals, or as greenfield projects for NEET affiliates (Lone Star, GridLiance, NEETNY, etc.). The candidate will manage EOR’s, support narrative and commercial strategy with Early Stage PM’s, NEET Development, and other stakeholders. The candidate will need to have an understanding of ISO requirements, emerging issues (such as wildfire mitigation strategies) and upcoming competitive windows. The candidate would ideally have competitive RFP experience in the transmission space and have worked on HV or EHV transmission line design and construction. Having commercial and contract negotiation experience is also a plus.Ideal Qualifications:
