Global Project Manager Operational Excellence & Growth .Role overview:Management of projects related to the definition, deployment, and assessment of initiatives related to Growth and AMPS. The role will support in creating lean standards, auditing, and assessing workbooks, equipment standards, and reporting status of the plants in both areas.
Note:
request for travel up to 50% in the next couple of months.Key Responsibilities:Support and follow up on the definition of various projects related to different initiatives of Growth and AMPS.Creation and implementation of OPEX workbook.Support in audits to assess Operational Excellence level of the plants.Deploy lean manufacturing and OPEX mentality.Create materials for lean methodology deployment.Create tracking systems for the projects.Follow up on the status in terms of AMPS for the plants.Support in the creation of technical standards.Coach teams in implementing different initiatives with a strong focus on operational excellence and technical standards.Support AMP Global in identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness.Collaborate with different regions to identify Best Practices and ensure proper communication across locations/sites.Collaborate with functions such as IT, CI, Innovation, Production, and Quality.Track savings from Operational Excellence initiatives.Standardize and harmonize activities across Ardagh Metal Packaging locations.Support benchmarking and workshop exercises by collecting and analyzing data for identifying and implementing improvements.Comply with Company Management Systems (e.g., Project, Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Regulations) and keep it up to date.Act according to Ardagh’s business ethics.Education & Training:Graduated engineer.Lean/6Sigma certification or equivalent.Advanced MS Office and Power BI skills.Experience:Several years’ experience in developing and implementing Lean/6Sigma methodologies.International project experience.Several years in manufacturing environments (ideally automotive industry).Analytical thinking.Organizational capability.Flexible and resilient.Conscientious and highly motivated.Highly sophisticated communication style.About Ardagh Metal Packaging:Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP) is a leading supplier of sustainable and infinitely recyclable beverage cans to brand owners globally.
