ONLY USC AND GC WORKSResponsibilities:
Design and implement Atlassian solutions (Jira Service Management) tailored to the specific needs of manufacturing and quality management processes.Configure and customize Jira products to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience for all stakeholders involved in quality management.Manage Jira intake queue.Perform data migration from one Atlassian environment to another, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.Provide development support for new ticket processes, features, forms, queues, workflows, etc. for operational or planned/proposed capabilities.Focus on timely and cost-effective implementation of solutions that meet business needs within budget and time constraints.Develop and maintain Architecture Artifacts, business capability models, process models, application integration models, data models, etc. Document process diagrams, Common Built Intent Diagram, technical design decisions, system integrations, and future state considerations to ensure a clear understanding and maintainability of the Atlassian ecosystem.Collaborate closely with different working streams and engineers.Maintain strong communication and understanding of cross-functional team needs to ensure Atlassian solutions align with broader business objectives.Be a problem-solver who can navigate evolving requirements and adapt solutions as needed.Exhibit excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt the communication style for the audience.Proficient in the implementation of Atlassian Plugins; extend the functionality of Atlassian products by configuring and customizing plugins to meet specific needs.Manage workload effectively and deliver results on time.Use debuggers to identify and resolve issues within Atlassian applications and integrations.Assess risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.Proactively identify potential problems and develop solutions to minimize disruptions.Proficiency in developing scripts for automating processes and workflows using Script Runner Service.Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Proven experience working within the datacenter industry and a strong understanding of work order management processes.Proficiency in Jira Administration.Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and get things done in a rapidly changing environment.Excellent communication skills.Ability to lead projects and work with end users.Candidates should have at least one Atlassian Professional certification; this is preferred.Experience with scripting.Regards,Shashank JaitlyShashank@itengagements.com
