HybridRole:You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Intellectual Property practice group consisting of close to 100 attorneys.Responsibilities:Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to grow the Intellectual Property practice group, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice group, including overseeing budgeting, financial management, staffing, and resource allocation.Working closely with partners and attorneys to ensure that client matters are being handled in a timely and efficient manner, and that client expectations are being met.Providing guidance and support to attorneys and staff within the practice group, including mentoring and coaching to help develop their skills and capabilities.Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics for the practice group, and identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.Collaborating with firm leadership on firm-wide initiatives and projects that impact the Intellectual Property practice group.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree required.Advanced Degrees a plus.5+ years of strong experience in Intellectual Property law, as well as experience in practice management and business development within a law firm setting.Compensation:$180-220k + bonusA competitive compensation package will be available for this position including Base Salary, Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K match program, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, career growth programs, and much more!How To Apply:Please send your resume to cm@libertyjobs.com.Please add me on LinkedIn!I look forward to working with you!Chris McFarlandLiberty Personnel Services
