Join Acuity Brands as a Corporate Solutions Product Manager to spearhead our initiatives in the HR domain and provide support to Legal, EHS, Corporate Facilities, and Corporate Physical Security. We are seeking an innovative and dedicated professional to lead the management of our Corporate Solutions, primarily focusing on the HR domain using SAP Success Factors. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the implementation of new features, upgrades, and comprehensive HR reporting. Additionally, you will manage both inbound and outbound integrations, including finance master data and connections to ERPs, Concur, Payroll, and other employee accounting tools. Secondary product management responsibilities include Legal, EHS, Corporate Facilities, and Corporate Physical Security, with priorities aligned accordingly. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) HR System Management:
Lead the product management for SAP Success Factors and additional HR domain tools, ensuring the implementation of new features, system upgrades, and robust HR reporting that meets business needs and compliance standards. Integration Leadership:
Manage inbound and outbound integrations for HR systems, including finance master data and connections to ERPs, Concur, Payroll, and other relevant systems. Data Excellence:
Ensure critical data is certified at system of record to maintain strong governance around PII data structures and serve integration needs with confidence. Collaboration Across Teams:
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Tech, Finance, Legal, EHS, Corporate Facilities, and Corporate Physical Security teams to ensure the integrated solutions support cross-functional needs. Facilitate stakeholder meetings to align goals, timelines, and resource allocation. Strategic Planning and Execution:
Take ownership of and manage the product roadmap for HR and other corporate domains, identifying opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks associated with system integrations and process changes. Develop proactive strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure uninterrupted operations. Performance Tracking:
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the HR systems and integrations. Regularly review performance data to guide continuous improvement efforts. Change Management:
Lead change management activities to promote adoption of the new systems and processes. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth transitions and sustained benefits. To Be Successful in This Role Holistic Understanding:
